Rules and conditions for foreign citizens admission to the Institutes of High Education in the Republic of Azerbaijan
Foreign citizens admission to the Institutes of High Education in Azerbaijan Republic is based on a contract signed between the student and the Institutes authorities.
Each level of education for foreign student is preceded by1 year language (zerbaijanii and Russian) and access courses having finished which is provided main course education on the beforehand selected speciality.
List of needed documents:
- Written application on the rectors name
- Graduation certificate copy, translated and exemplified
- Passport copy
- Background data
- Medical report
- 3x4sm size photo
